1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the vvgl website accessible at vvgl.pro and all associated services, games, and features made available therein.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the vvgl Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vvgl Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their vvgl Account for the purpose of gameplay.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by vvgl to a Player, subject to wagering requirements and applicable bonus terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vvgl Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with vvgl's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on vvgl, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, Teen Patti Joker, and any other game categories accessible through the Platform.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the vvgl Platform or had a vvgl Account terminated for a breach of these Terms;
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement;
• Gambling is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction.

vvgl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you do not meet or no longer meet the eligibility requirements set out above.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money features on the vvgl Platform, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) vvgl Account only. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where vvgl identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and void any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. vvgl will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Any material changes to your personal details — including changes to your residential address, mobile number, or email address — must be updated promptly through your Account settings or by contacting vvgl customer support.

5. KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, vvgl is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before permitting real-money gameplay, withdrawals, or access to certain promotions. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

5.1 Required Documents

vvgl may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC verification process:

• A government-issued Philippine identification document bearing your photograph, full name, and date of birth (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the preceding three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered GCash or PayMaya account matching the name and details on your vvgl Account);

5.2 Verification Timelines and Restrictions

vvgl will endeavour to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt of all required documents. During the verification period, vvgl reserves the right to place temporary restrictions on withdrawal requests. If verification cannot be completed due to the Player's failure to provide adequate documentation, vvgl reserves the right to suspend or close the Account and return the deposited balance (less any bonus amounts) to the Player's verified payment method.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your vvgl Account may be made using any of the approved Philippine payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. vvgl reserves the right to modify available deposit methods, limits, and processing timelines at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. vvgl aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances must be fully met;
• There must be no outstanding investigation or suspected breach of these Terms associated with your Account;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance.

6.4 Declined Transactions

vvgl reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place holds on deposit or withdrawal transactions where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, technical error, breach of these Terms, or any other irregularity. In such cases, vvgl will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within any specified timeframe will result in the bonus balance expiring and being removed from your Account.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. vvgl reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines that a Player has abused the bonus system, engaged in low-risk bonus-clearing strategies, opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or otherwise acted in a manner that vvgl considers to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus balances that remain unused or have not met their applicable wagering requirements within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to a Player's Account will expire and be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vvgl Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

8.1 Game Integrity

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvgl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or exploit game mechanics;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting in relation to sports markets;
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vvgl customer support staff or other Players;
• Engaging in conduct that vvgl reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by vvgl

vvgl reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to investigate a potential breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or any other irregularity. During a suspension, vvgl may withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of its investigation.

10.2 Closure by vvgl

vvgl may permanently close a Player Account, and may forfeit the balance therein, where it determines that the Player has committed a material breach of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or has provided false information during registration or verification.

10.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players who wish to voluntarily close their vvgl Account may do so by contacting customer support. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions set out in Section 6.

11. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vvgl.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vvgl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service offered therein shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vvgl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, even if vvgl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vvgl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14. Privacy

vvgl collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the vvgl Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. vvgl will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to operate the Platform, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact vvgl's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. vvgl will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through its internal complaints handling process.

16. Amendments to These Terms

vvgl reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vvgl will provide reasonable notice to Players by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Player's Account.

Your continued use of the vvgl Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 10.3.
