vvgl Privacy Policy
At vvgl, your privacy is not an afterthought — it's a core part of how we operate. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect from Filipino players, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have under Philippine law.
Six Commitments vvgl Makes to Every Player
These cards summarise the key principles behind vvgl's approach to data privacy. They are not a substitute for reading the full Privacy Policy below.
vvgl only collects personal data for specific, clearly stated purposes — account registration, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance. We do not collect data we don't need, and we don't use it for purposes beyond what is stated in this Policy.
All personal data held by vvgl is protected using industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure data storage practices. We apply strict internal access policies so that only authorised personnel can access player data, and only for legitimate operational purposes.
vvgl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers or data brokers under any circumstances. Your information stays within the vvgl ecosystem and is shared externally only where required by law or strictly necessary to deliver our services to you.
vvgl's data handling practices comply with the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Your rights as a data subject under Philippine law are fully respected.
As a vvgl player, you have the right to access, correct, object to, and request deletion of your personal data. These are not just legal obligations for vvgl — they are practical tools you can use. We explain exactly how to exercise each right further down in this Policy.
We write our Privacy Policy in plain, readable English — not buried in legalese. Filipino players deserve to understand exactly how their data is used. If you ever have a question about your data that this Policy doesn't answer clearly, our support team is available 24/7 to help.

This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. By using the vvgl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. Introduction
vvgl is the Philippines' premier online gaming destination, offering Filipino players a full range of casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and more — all denominated in Philippine Peso. 2. Data Controller
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission, vvgl acts as the Personal Information Controller in respect of personal data collected through the vvgl Platform. This means vvgl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and bears primary responsibility for ensuring that processing is conducted lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
Where vvgl engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — such as payment processors, KYC verification providers, or game software suppliers — those third parties act as Personal Information Processors and are contractually bound to process your data only on vvgl's instructions, in accordance with this Policy and applicable Philippine privacy law.

4. How We Collect Your Personal Data
vvgl collects personal data through the following means:
4.1 Information You Provide Directly
The majority of personal data vvgl holds about you is information you provide voluntarily when you register an account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact customer support, or update your account profile. You are always informed at the point of collection what data is being requested and why.
4.2 Data Collected Automatically
When you access the vvgl Platform, our servers and analytics systems automatically collect certain technical data about your device, browser, and connection. This includes your IP address, device identifiers, and session activity. This data is used primarily for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and improving Platform performance. See Section 8 for more detail on cookies and tracking technologies.
4.3 Data from Third Parties
In limited circumstances, vvgl may receive personal data about you from third-party sources, including:
- Identity verification and KYC service providers, who may confirm or supplement the identity information you have provided;
- Payment processors (such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), who provide transaction confirmation data;
- Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering screening services, which may flag accounts or transactions for review against known risk databases;
- PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities, where required for licensing compliance.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
vvgl processes your personal data only where a lawful basis exists under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The applicable legal bases for vvgl's processing activities are as follows:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your vvgl Account, process deposits and withdrawals, and deliver games and services you have requested.
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including PAGCOR compliance obligations, Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, and National Privacy Commission directives.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for vvgl's legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection, security monitoring, Platform improvement, and responsible gaming monitoring — where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
- Consent: Processing for which you have given specific, informed, and freely given consent — primarily in relation to marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
6. How We Use Your Personal Data
vvgl uses the personal data it collects for the following purposes:
- Account Management: Creating and maintaining your vvgl Account, verifying your identity and age (21+ compliance), and processing your login credentials securely.
- Service Delivery: Enabling you to play games, place bets, access live casino tables, participate in promotions, and use all other features of the Platform.
- Payment Processing: Processing deposits and withdrawals through your chosen Philippine payment method, verifying payment method ownership, and maintaining transaction records.
- KYC and Regulatory Compliance: Verifying your identity and address in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.
- Responsible Gaming: Monitoring gaming patterns to identify potential problem gambling behaviour, administering self-exclusion or deposit limit requests, and fulfilling our player protection obligations.
- Fraud Prevention and Security: Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform.
- Customer Support: Responding to your inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining records of communications for quality and training purposes.
- Marketing (with consent): Sending you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and updates about new games or features — but only where you have opted in to receive such communications.
- Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the design, performance, and game selection of the vvgl Platform.
- Legal Proceedings: Preserving and using data as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims in any jurisdiction.
✅ Marketing Opt-Out: If you have previously consented to receive marketing communications from vvgl and wish to opt out, you can do so at any time by updating your communication preferences in your Account settings, or by contacting our support team via live chat. Opting out of marketing will not affect your ability to use the Platform or receive service-related communications.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
vvgl does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third-party marketers or unaffiliated commercial entities. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
7.1 Service Providers and Processors
vvgl engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform. These may include payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven payment networks), KYC and identity verification providers, cloud hosting and data storage providers, fraud detection and cybersecurity services, and customer support platform providers. All such providers are contractually bound to process your data only on vvgl's documented instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.
7.2 Game Software Providers
The games available on vvgl are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. In the course of operating their games, these providers may process certain technical and gameplay data in accordance with their own privacy practices. vvgl only works with reputable, licensed game providers and includes appropriate data protection obligations in its contracts with them.
7.3 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities
vvgl may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Philippine National Police (PNP), or other competent government authorities where required by applicable Philippine law, court order, or regulatory directive. We will notify affected players of such disclosures where permitted by law.
7.4 Business Transfers
In the event that vvgl undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such transfer and ensure that the acquiring entity is bound by privacy obligations no less protective than those in this Policy.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The vvgl Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your user experience, maintain your login session, and gather analytical data about Platform usage. The main categories of cookies used are as follows:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function correctly. These include session cookies that keep you logged in during your visit and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.
- Performance and Analytics Cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how players use the Platform — such as which pages are visited most frequently and where errors occur — to help vvgl improve Platform performance.
- Functionality Cookies: Used to remember your preferences, such as language settings and display options, to personalise your experience on return visits.
- Marketing and Targeting Cookies: Used (only with your consent) to track your activity across sessions for the purpose of displaying relevant promotional content within the Platform. These are only set where you have opted in to marketing communications.
You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain categories of cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform. When personal data is no longer required, vvgl securely disposes of it through deletion or anonymisation in accordance with industry-standard data destruction practices.
10. Data Security

- Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe that vvgl has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
vvgl will respond to verified data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, in accordance with NPC guidelines. For complex requests, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days with prior notice to you.
12. Children's and Minors' Privacy
The vvgl Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and over, in accordance with the minimum age for casino-style gambling under applicable Philippine regulations. vvgl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If vvgl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately close the associated Account, delete the collected data to the extent permitted by law, and return any deposited funds to the payment method used — subject to identity verification of the account holder or their legal guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the vvgl Platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can take prompt action.
13. Cross-Border Data Transfers
vvgl primarily stores and processes personal data within infrastructure located in the Philippines or in jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection as recognised under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or game software suppliers operating in other countries — vvgl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual data protection clauses that impose obligations equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
vvgl will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of protection without first implementing appropriate safeguards and, where required, obtaining your consent or the authorisation of the National Privacy Commission.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
The vvgl Platform may contain links to third-party game providers' content interfaces or to payment processing pages operated by GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or 7-Eleven payment services. When you access third-party services or payment gateways, you are subject to those third parties' own privacy policies and data handling practices, which are outside vvgl's control.
vvgl is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service providers accessed through or in connection with the Platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your vvgl Account.
15. Updates to This Privacy Policy
vvgl reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top, and — where practicable — notify you by email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the vvgl Platform following the posting of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. If you do not agree to a material change in this Policy, you may request Account closure as described in our Terms & Conditions. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how vvgl protects your data.
16. Contact and Data Protection Officer
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or vvgl's handling of your personal data, you may contact our Data Protection Officer through the following channel:
